Is it over the top to say that Steve Jobs was the Thomas Edison of my generation? The Leonardo DaVinci of the 90’s and 2000’s? The Albert Einstein of today? I don’t think so.
Apple products have changed the way we…well, do everything. I remember back when I’d rock a Palm Pilot at school and get glares from other students and be labeled a “geek”.
One of the thing that never ceases to amaze me is how mainstream a smartphone has become. I see people doing all sorts of things with it, people who I’d never though we ever embrace any piece of complicated technology. Yet here they are.
Steve Jobs, we have you to thank for this. Whether hailed as creator or organizer of resources, inspiration, and power to execute the vision, you have to give credit for changing the way we connect with the world.
